This project was made for a private crisis psychologist.
Idea of this work is reflects the mental state of depersonalization.

1. When you are coming to society,  it can feel that all around you is going through your creation.  It can feel like many arms took pieces of puzzle inside you.
2. It can cause feelings of others inside, and you can start acting like others, not like you. Even in your mind can be a false idea that your mental is better now. Hypersensitive people are more susceptible to this condition.
3. The more people stay in this condition,  the more anxiety grows inside. Even you can start to feel very unconfindent,  small or empty.
4. The most hard part is to let it go. Self care, like breathing,  gentle exercises,  meditation, or sleep helps. Water helps, too, stay hydrated and take a shower. Imagine that all these thoughts, all these arms inside you not stole your energy. They just instruments for you to connect with different people. Let them go, and try to listen to yourself. They are not inside you anymore. 
5. Then, make a deep breath in and breathe out. Feel your arms. Their arms are gone. Look at your arms, touch your face  with your arms. Close your eyes and continue to breathe.
Gently open your eyes and see, they pass away, they are nothing then just a past dream.
